"Spitak Tnak" Co. Ltd as a construction company was founded in January 2001.

The Founder Director of "Spitak Tnak" Ltd is Stepan Akhoyan.

"Spitak Tnak" Ltd performs construction, reconstruction, architectural and renovation works, quality technical control.

The address of the company's administrative private building is Mamikonyants 56, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

The company has licences for construction activity granted by the Ministry of Town-planning of the RA.

"Spitak Tnak" Ltd is a member of Constructors' Union of the Republic of Armenia.

"Spitak Tnak" Ltd is the construction company which was rewarded with Quality Crown Award – B.I.D. in gold category in 2003. The rewarding ceremony was hold in London, on December 1.

Here is introduced quality management system of  ISO 9001:2000.

         For the second consecutive year “Spitak Tnak” Ltd. is the winner of the Intergovernmental Council for Collaboration of Construction contest.  The competition is held each year and companies throughout the CIS compete for this distinguished award.  Spitak Tnak was awarded “Best Construction and Design Company” for their efficiency and competitiveness in construction activities and use of construction materials.

Company's staff includes such experienced specialists, who made their great contribution in construction and development of Soviet Armenia and the Republic of Armenia during many hard years.

         Still being a new established organization "Spitak Tnak" Ltd has got a considerable list of high quality construction works:

▪        Reconstruction works of Vache Manukyan's Armenian Representative Office,

▪        Capital reconstruction of the gallery of Science Academy

▪        Capital reconstruction of Comitas Branch of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC,

▪        Capital reconstruction of Yerevan Branch of "Artsakhbank" CJSC

▪        Due to the  gained experience in the field of  bank construction and reconstruction "Spitak Tnak" Ltd was assigned to build the Central Branch of "Artsakhbank" cjsc in the capital of Nagorni Karabakh – Stepanakert

▪        In 2003 "Spitak Tnak" Ltd completed the construction of the five-star "Stepanakert" hotel in Stepanakert.

▪        Construction and major repairing works of "Diet" supermarket

▪        Reconstruction and major repairing works of  "Maxrev" perfume's shop (representation of "Maxfactor" and "Revlon" in Armenia).

▪        Reconstruction and major repairing works of  "Merli" beauty salon, customer: "Merli" Ltd.

         The construction works are carried qualitatively, heartily, turning customers` dreams and wishes into reality, meeting the international standards.

         The construction of elitist two-storied apartments in Vahagn district (nearby Yerevan) brought a great fame to "Spitak Tnak" Ltd. (customer: "Hovnanyan International" Ltd).  In Vahagn elitist district "Spitak Tnak" Ltd has built not only apartments as well as swimming-pools and a golf course (the only one in Armenia).

Today "Spitak Tnak" Ltd owns a building production basis, which includes the  following departments: woodworking, production of metal-plastic doors and windows, metal doors, banisters.

"Spitak Tnak" Ltd has also a mighty motor-transport depot. Having essential technical basis, equipment and labour (the company provides more than meny workplaces) "Spitak Tnak" Ltd performs construction of multi-storey buildings, completing of unfinished multi-storey buildings and their capital repairing. One of this buildings is a ten-storey apartment building including 40 flats, 2004.The other building is a ten-storey apartment building including 96 flats, the first two floors including offices, supermarkets and sporting hall.
